HOURS CONTINUING EDUCATION
12 Hours of Continuing Education are required
for BOTH Salesperson and
Broker Licensees before their respective renewal
periods
(BROKER June 30, even-numbered years)
(SALESPERSON September 30 every even-numbered
year).
3 Hrs must be CORE Courses and 9 Hrs must be ELECTIVE
Courses.
Licensees cannot carry extra hours forward into
the next renewal period.
Licensees cannot continue to do real estate transactions
after these dates if the Missouri Real Estate
Commission has not PROCESSED your renewal application.
Renewal applications MUST be postmarked no later
than the ending renewal
date and MUST accompany the Continuing Education
Certificates and renewal fee.
