REGISTRATION: Mail the application below to the address shown along with your registration fee of $100.00. The registration fee will be applied toward your total tuition. Upon receipt, you will be assigned a place in the class for the above dates. If you do not notify the school within five (5) days of the commencement date of your inability to attend, the $100.00 may be retained by the school as a cancellation fee; however, you may apply this amount to any school dates within six (6) months of receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The school reserves the right to cancel classes if less than six (6) students attend--this rarely happens

Executive Institute of Real Estate: POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

NO DISORDERLY CONDUCT WILL BE TOLERATED AT ANY TIME.

COMMUNICATION DEVICES: PAGERS & CELLULAR TELEPHONES are NOT permitted in the classroom. Please DO NOT bring them in as they distract from your learning as well as your classmates. Breaks are given approximately every hour and you can respond at that time or during the lunch period. Also, be sure you return to classroom sessions promptly.

The school follows the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines in making reasonable accommodations in its classrooms and materials. Students MUST disclose handicaps at the point of enrollment and no later than the beginning of the course.

NO SMOKING IN THE CLASSROOM. Smoking is limited to breaks and in designated areas. A ten (10) minute break will be given for approximately each hour of instruction. An hour of instruction is deemed to be fifty (50) minutes.

Calculators, laptop computers and audio/video recording devices are permitted so long as they are not distractive in the learning environment because of noise, position or attention required in the classroom.

A student must attend 100% of the classroom hours required in order to receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion.

No certificate will be given to the student until the agreed upon tuition has been paid in full.

Students must use the books and materials currently required and supplied by the school. Books and materials other than those currently used and required by the school are considered additional helps and may not be substituted for the required materials during the course.

REFUND POLICY:
No portion of the tuition will be refunded; HOWEVER, the tuition may be applied to the course within six (6) months of the contract beginning date.

If a student fails any part of the examination, he/she is entitled to attend any part or all of the course again within six (6) months of the completion date on their last certificate received from the school at no additional cost to the student.

No person shall receive credit for satisfactory completion of the prescribed 48-hour BROKER COURSE unless the individual has passed the SALESPERSON Licensing examination PRIOR to enrollment in the broker course.

AMP Test - Given daily and one Saturday per month in Springfield, MO
The student is wholly responsible to make application to take the required examination with and pay the testing fee directly to Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP). The school has no responsibility to the student in making arrangements for testing. Visit the testing center web site at www.goAMP.com or call 1-888-345-6559 to schedule the test and view other valuable information in preparing for the examinations.
